Schön gelegen im Spittelbergviertel (Bezirk Neubau); das Viertel wird von einer interessanten Mischung junger Szeneleute und Alteingesessener bewohnt. Sehr nett insgesamt. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Museumsquartier und damit im Stadtkern. Hotelzimmer sind einfach, ein Teil der Räume hat noch die "alte" Ausstattung mit Teppichboden, was die Zimmer etwas stickig macht; sie sind aber auf alle Fälle sauber und ruhig. Großer Pluspunkt ist der nette Innenhof des Hotels, der aber wohl immer erst im Sommerbespielt wird; vor Pfingsten gab es dort jedenfalls weder Tische noch Stühle.
