L'appartamento è moderno, con tutte le comodità. C'era persino il bollitore, cosa che non avevo mai trovato negli appartamenti in giro per il mondo già a disposizione del cliente. L'appartamento è ubicato in una zona tranquilla, ciò vuol dire niente rumori esterni per la notte. Inoltre è a due passi dalla fermata della metro di Nestroyplatz ciò rende assai agevoli gli spostamenti per la città, per chi arriva in macchina. Oltretutto si è anche molto vicini ad un free-park con fermata metro annessa, così è possibile lasciare l'auto per tutta la durata del soggiorno nel parcheggio e spostarsi solamente con la metro. Direi un posto fantastico, ottima sistemazione e disponibilità del personale.

Die Unterkunft übertraf in jeder Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen. Da wir lediglich ein Wochenende in Wien waren, kam es nur zu telefonischem Kontakt mit Personal/Vermieter, der zu unserer Zufriedenheit verlief.

Wir empfanden den Aufenthalt in dem Apartment als sehr angenehm, würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Einziger Nachteil war, daß es keine Parkplätze gibt.
