We enjoyed the hotel, but it wouldn't be for everybody. We felt like we were part of a family. You take your shoes off at the door in bad weather. Anita takes care of you personally for breakfast. We liked that we could book our excursions with her and be picked up right at the hotel...but you have to get back on your own. Getting back is easy because the train systems are so great. The hotel is only a couple of blocks walk from the center of town and if you walk around the area there are lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was actually pretty good sized and we had our own bathroom. There is only a shower and the showerhead was not tall enough for my husband to get under, but we made do. The walls are thin and you can hear people out in the hall VERY well, but it was mostly quiet while we were there. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Alloggio ben curato, situato proprio nel centro di Vienna quindi è un punto di partenza molto comodo per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse. Colazione buona anche se non molto abbondante, il personale è disponibile anche se non molto amichevole. Comunque giudizio generale più che positivo.

everything was very good, the only thing i would suggest would be to have a kettle in the room in orderto be able to make a hot drink.
