These comfortable and modern holiday flats include a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, microwave etc., spacious living and sleeping areas with a TV and heating, Internet access included in the price and also the opportunity to round up your vacation in Vienna with a relaxing visit to the health centre which is located in the same building. The following categories – all of which are equipped with private bathrooms with a hair dryer - are available: Category A (30m²) which sleeps 1-2 people on a sofa bed, Category B (40m²) for 1-3 people sleeping on a sofa bed and a double bed, Category C (45m²) for 1-4 people with two single beds and a double sofa bed and finally, Category D (60m²) which accommodates up to six people with two double sofa beds and a queen-size bed in a separate bedroom.

Ottima ubicazione, veramente a dieci minuti dal centro. Spazio sufficiente per 4 persone. Appartamento dotato di tutto: pentole, posate, accessori... Niente caffè, the o altro del genere.
Das kleinste Appartement verfügt zwar "nur" über eine (gute) Schlafchouch, aber die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll farblich aufeinander abgestimmt, die Ausstattung üppig, mit viel komfort und ziemlich wertig. Nachdem ich woanders schon 2 mal ziemlich entäuscht wurde würde ich jederzeit wieder dieses Appartement buchen, schade das es für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht ist.
Prinzipiell sehr sauber, aber aus den Abflüssen des Bades kam immer ein ekliger Kloakengestank hoch. Schade da sonst alles toll war. Und leider fehlte im Bad die Seife, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen und versprechen wurde diese nicht nachgereicht.
Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Rezeption und der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Leider waren jedoch keine Parkplätze in der Nähe (Nur Parkdauer für 2 Stunden). Wir mussten etwa 4 km weiter zum nächsten öffentlichen Parkplatz fahren. Ansonsten jedoch ist das Appartement zu empfehlen.
Eigentlich haben wir die Unterkunft/Apartement nur zum schlafen benützt, die Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht. Hätte es geschätzt wenn es ein bisschen Pulvercafe gehabt hätte. Ein Cafe nach dem Aufstehen hätte gut getan. Sonst war alles bestens.
