The Döbling district is a privileged area of the city and is surrounded by villages known for their wine making: Heiligenstadt, Nußdorf and Grinzing. The area has charming wine taverns (Heuriger) close by and the elegant Plachutta restaurant which should not be missed. The Döbling area also has various leisure options including tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness centre and is not far from the beautiful Vienna Woods.
The apartment is quite large and impeccably clean. Though the furniture is not ultra modern, it is a comfortable place with a homey feel at a good price. The apartment sleeps three people in a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for one more. The living room has two armchairs, a dining table with two chairs and a TV.
The kitchen is fully functional with all necessary electric appliances and also enough space for cooking and dining. Bedroom - double bed and big window. The bathroom has a sink and shower and the WC is separate. The washing machine is located on the ground floor (coin operated). For those bringing a bike, there is a storage locker for free in the basement. Free parking on the street.
